Customers fill in the fields you set

Each job has a short form you design: picklists, numbers and an optional notes field. Your bot gets clean answers to known questions instead of whatever a stranger types, and Valetto sends back input that doesn’t fit.

They get the jobs you granted

Maya’s page shows Render my ring and Check order status. Jobs you didn’t grant her stay off her page and won’t run.

A daily cap for each customer

You pick how many requests each customer can send in a day. Past it, Valetto turns their requests away until tomorrow.

Revoke in one click

Click revoke and the link stops working. Maya’s next request gets a polite no.

Every request leaves a record

You can read each request next to the answer your bot sent back.

Approve requests and answers first, or let them run

Pick auto-approve, or review first. In review-first, a new request waits for your Approve before your bot sees it, and the answer waits for your Release before your customer sees it. Your bot pings you in its chat with a link to both buttons. Only you can tap them, so your bot can’t approve itself.
